2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros, including tax, excluding delivery. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you order.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is made online through Stripe, which alone handles card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is validated. A summary is sent by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law (article L221-18), you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

6. Warranties

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. You may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Contact: masq.support@gmail.com
