Data we collect

When you place an order, the following data is collected by our payment provider Stripe: name, email address, delivery address and phone number. We never store card details: payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

Advertising analytics

With your consent, this site uses the TikTok pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads. It stores cookies and sends TikTok an anonymous identifier, plus your email address and phone number in hashed form (SHA-256) after an order.

No tracking is enabled until you accept. You can change this choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Retention period

Order data is kept for as long as needed to process it, then for the legal accounting retention period (10 years). Advertising identifiers stay in your browser until cleared.
